Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days after placing the order on our website. In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen events or force majeure, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout within these 5 days to notify you of any potential delays.

Custom Orders: Please note that if your order requires manufacturing or personalization, the shipping time will be discussed individually. We will maintain communication with you through email to ensure you are updated on your order status.

Seasonal Delays:Be aware that during peak seasons, delays in shipping due to a high demand or reduced staff might occur. Additionally, delivery times can be affected by external factors outside of our control, such as postal service delays.

Shipping Costs and Restrictions: We offer a flat shipping rate of €14 for worldwide delivery, with the exception of orders from Russia and Belarus, which we do not fulfill. The average delivery time from the moment of dispatch is approximately 14 days, but this can vary due to factors such as local holidays, border closures, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
! Your country's taxes are not included in the price of the products. You will need to pay them after customs clearance and upon receiving the goods at the post office !

Carrier Preference: We primarily use government postal services for all our shipments to ensure consistency and reliability.

Lost or Missing Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim and conduct a thorough search for the missing parcel. Upon receiving a response from the postal service, we will contact you regarding the outcome. In case of a lost package, we will provide a partial or full refund. To date, we have had no instances of lost packages.
